Exchange Policy                         

Any final decision with regarding to exchange rests with the Instore Online Team. Kindly read the policy before purchasing.

We also request you to check the size guide before making any purchase.

                            
1) Exchange is possible only within 5 days from the date
of delivery. Exchanges are possible once for any given order.

No exchange is possible for Lingerie, innerwear & Partywear (Rs.2500/- & above).

2) The garment should be fresh with the price tags intact.

3) The address to which the garment has to be sent for exchange :

Order ID- ARCL# and Mobile Number should be mentioned on the return courier cover, to help us process the exchange quickly.

4) Refunds will not be possible. An online store credit (Gift Card) will be mailed within a day from the receipt of the exchanged garment. Exchange is allowed only once and no exchange is possible on purchases made through Gift Card. Gift cards cannot be used in our Retail stores.                       

5) Instore will not bear any courier charges for exchange.

6) The garments can also be exchanged in any of our stores in Chennai - Pondy Bazaar, Purasawalkam or Velachery. Our online and store collections may differ quite a bit.
                            
7) As a matter of policy we do not encourage reselling. Our products are available only our Website www.instore.co.in and our 3 retail stores in Chennai. We have not authorised any resellers.

In rare cases, some orders may get cancelled due to product unavailability or risk mitigation systems. We sincerely apologise for the same.
